As part of my diagnosis I was required to attend various departments to complete different tests and scans. The appointments where scheduled quickly and efficiently with very little or limited waiting time. All of the staff were professional, polite and personable and worked well as a team across the different departments. As with the outpatients section, Ward 23 was spotless and nothing was too much trouble for the nursing staff even when they were extremely busy. I can not praise the staff in the outpatients departments and Ward 23 highly enough.

The hospital is well signed and the corridors and waiting areas are clean and tidy. The use of hand wash is very noticable and reassuring. The new part of the hospital is light and airy and welcoming. The staff are helpful and polite. Each visit I have been taken care of and felt looked after and it is nice to see the same faces amongst the nurses.
